The Colorado Qualifying House
The Colorado Qualifying House is a Residential Treatment Center that provides male youth ages 18-20 with opportunities for positive growth through evidence-based interventions and innovative programming.
Responsibilities
- Quality delivery and oversight of the treatment, educational, vocational and student health and welfare services
- Day-to-day site operations including budgeting, financial stewardship, administration, program elements, promotions and marketing, and staff development and training
- Develops, implements, manages and modifies the Rite of Passage program
- Site operations, policies and procedures
- Educational/Vocational departments
- Safety, health and welfare of staff and students
- Clinical services, education, vocation, and health and welfare
- Representing as the chairperson for the site Management Meetings
- Overseeing delivery of the Rite of Passage daily program
- Maintaining contact and open communication with student athletes
- Oversight of medical and food services and administration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Four years of related experience in residential facility management
- Residential experience
- Empathetic, patient, and respectful approach to others
- Pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test
Pay and Benefits
