Program Manager

About the Opportunity:The Program Manager on the Operations team is responsible for ensuring the successful launch and ongoing success of customer integrations. This role involves managing partnerships, leading cross-functional technical projects, and improving deployment processes. The position is critical to scaling the solution’s impact while maintaining effective collaboration across internal and external stakeholders. 3. Responsibilities:• Lead and execute integration projects with retail partners• Understand customer operations to align solutions for maximum value• Develop detailed implementation plans for deployment• Establish trusted relationships across partner organizations• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Executive, Engineering, Product, Support, Account, and Sales• Document best practices to create replicable deployment playbooks• Identify and apply process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs• Focus on scaling processes to lower the cost to serve 4. Requirements:• Minimum 5 years managing client relationships• At least 3 years in product implementations or deployments, preferably SaaS• Proven track record of driving projects to completion• Experience in grocery or retail industry preferred• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude, Codex, or Replit• Preferred experience with SQL, Excel, Looker, or similar dashboarding tools• Willingness to travel up to 25% 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Salary range: $134,000 to $181,000 plus meaningful early-stage equity and benefits 6.
