Program Manager

Quickparts is hiring a Program Manager with an engineering mindset and a passion for exceptional customer experiences to serve as the central hub for customer service and program management.

Responsibilities

• Organize complex projects from RFQ to completion
• Serve as the central communication hub for customers, internal teams, and suppliers
• Translate customer requirements into clear, actionable project plans
• Anticipate and resolve issues to maintain project timing and customer satisfaction
• Drive continuous improvement in workflows and cross-functional problem-solving

Requirements

• 5-7 years of program or project management experience in manufacturing, engineering, or a related industry
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset
• Intermediate understanding of manufacturing processes (experience with 3D printing, CNC machining, or injection molding a plus)
• Intermediate level experience with Office 365 products
• Engineering drawing interpretation (GD&T)
• Experience with HubSpot, NetSuite, Monday.com , or similar tools
