Program Manager

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end program execution for complex new product development, ensuring alignment with customer specifications, timelines, and budgets.

Serve as the primary communication interface with customers, managing expectations, project updates, and technical requirements.

Provide technical leadership to cross-functional, global teams while coordinating internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Oversee project planning, scope definition, risk mitigation, and capacity planning to meet production and market demands.

Drive decision-making to accelerate time-to-market while maintaining financial objectives, including cost management and capital requests.

Qualifications

4+ years of program management experience within manufacturing, mechanical, or hardware-focused environments.

Proven ability to manage high-pressure, fast-paced projects with constant change and ambiguity.

Strong stakeholder management skills, including conflict resolution between customers and internal teams.

Technical aptitude, including the ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and product documentation.

Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with experience in root cause analysis.

Willingness to travel 50-60% to Valley Green, PA/Santa Clara, CA in the beginning, then taper off.

Pay

Salary range: $120,000-$150,000
