We are proud to announce the opening of a Senior Program Manager position for our Precision Pulse Positioning System (3PS) Program. This role will support the development of patented technology for the US Navy and DARPA, with primary responsibilities in Marietta, GA and Huntsville, AL, and occasional field testing at military test ranges.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex RF system development programs across the full product lifecycle
- Manage cross-functional teams to align technical execution with business objectives
- Ensure successful delivery to customer requirements
- Partner with the Senior Technical Fellow to achieve program objectives
- Drive program reviews, ensure test readiness, improve operational performance, and foster innovation
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- 10+ years of experience in RF, microwave, or systems engineering
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management for complex technical programs
- Strong customer engagement and communication skills
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain or maintain a security clearance
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree (preferred)
- Experience with EW, radar, SATCOM, or high-frequency RF systems (preferred)
- Experience with RF components such as amplifiers, filters, synthesizers, or converters (preferred)
- Experience with frequency synthesis, low-noise design, or high-frequency system architectures (preferred)
- Prior leadership of engineering organizations (preferred)
- Experience supporting business development, proposals, and customer-facing technical discussions (preferred)
Skills
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in RF systems engineering combined with proven program leadership experience. They should also possess strong customer engagement and communication skills, as well as a U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain or maintain a security clearance.
