Responsibilities
- Analyze needs and develop requirements for program initiatives.
- Develop and execute acquisition strategies and comprehensive program plans.
- Identify, defend, and manage resource requirements, including funding, workforce, and facilities.
- Develop Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and budget inputs, and analyze the impact of budget changes.
- Continuously evaluate all acquisition activities and program documentation to ensure they align with sound business practices.
- Manage requirement and design trade-offs and oversee overall program risk.
- Serve as the liaison and representative in negotiations with other Navy/DoD commands, government agencies, and private organizations.
Pay
$148,222 – $197,200 per year.
