Position Duties/Responsibilities
- Manage and support the team to achieve program technical, cost and schedule objectives.
- Develop and coordinate all required program acquisition documentation and briefings; and ensure all program requirements and milestones are communicated and coordinated with program leadership.
- Analyze needs and requirements information necessary for development of specific objectives for assigned program initiatives and for planning.
- Identify program office and other discipline area support needed to meet assigned program requirements.
- Apply the tools and techniques of process identification and continuous process improvement in addressing program management problems and issues.
- Serve as a liaison and representative in negotiations with other commands and offices of the Navy, DOD, other governmental agencies and private organizations on matters pertaining to the program.
- Synthesize critical management issues, documentation and relevant information to support program reviews.
Minimum Salary
$143,913 - $197,200
