About the role

Job Title: Program Manager
Reporting To: Director, Site Program
Work Schedule: Onsite – Buffalo, NY

Responsibilities

• Coordinating all program activities from contract awards through software and hardware delivery
• Being the single point of contact for the customer regarding all aspects of the program
• Directing a matrixed group of people including Engineering, Operations, Quality, Procurement, Contracts, etc.
• Regularly delivering status updates to management
• Leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, high-impact initiatives in defense or similarly structured environments

Requirements

• Minimum of a BS Degree
• 5+ years of relevant program management related experience in the aerospace, defense, or other highly engineered manufacturing environments
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, high-impact initiatives in defense or similarly structured environments is highly valued
• Demonstrated knowledge in understanding contractual requirements and scope adherence
• Proven ability to operate under pressure while managing multiple priorities simultaneously

Qualifications

• Minimum of a BS Degree
• 5+ years of relevant program management related experience in the aerospace, defense, or other highly engineered manufacturing environments
• Leadership experience in operations, logistics, acquisition, or program management may be considered in lieu of direct industry experience
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, high-impact initiatives in defense or similarly structured environments is highly valued
• Demonstrated knowledge in understanding contractual requirements and scope adherence
• Proven ability to operate under pressure while managing multiple priorities simultaneously

Pay

Buffalo, NY: $100,000.00–$112,000.00 Annually
