About the role
The Engines Business Unit of Moog's Space Division in Niagara Falls, New York is seeking a Program Manager. This role involves coordinating various program elements across different teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop program plans and schedules to ensure coordination between all program elements.
- Maintain oversight of cost, schedule, and task completion to ensure compliance with program plans.
- Coordinate with functional management to assign necessary program resources.
- Communicate with customers to address outstanding issues promptly.
- Manage and coordinate all program activities to meet contract requirements.
- Prepare and deliver presentations for internal and customer meetings and reviews.
- Prepare regular status reports for management and the customer.
- Support proposal preparation and change order processes.
- Assist in fact-finding and negotiations to ensure completeness from a program management perspective.
- Up to 20% travel required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field, preferably Engineering.
- At least 5 years of specific program management or related experience in manufacturing of highly engineered products, aerospace, or defense industries.
- Outstanding communication and facilitation skills, with strong emotional intelligence.
- Ability to present program information effectively to both customers and internal management.
- Proficiency with MS Project.
- Experience managing multiple programs simultaneously.
- Knowledge of project management tools like Earned Value Management.
- Demonstrated understanding of contractual requirements and scope adherence.
- Ability to pass a full physical examination, including 814 profiles, audiometry, visual, and physical examinations.
- Access to U.S. export-controlled information.

Pay
Niagara Falls, NY: $100,000.00–$135,000.00 Annually
