About the role
The Program Manager will lead, develop, implement, and manage specific core applications within the company.
Responsibilities
- Administer assigned core applications.
- Aid in planning, designing, and developing enhancements to core applications and offer recommendations for new programs under consideration.
- Meet with decision-makers, process owners, and end-users to define business requirements and system goals, and identify and resolve core business application issues.
- Analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing applications and develop strategies for improvement or further leveraging these systems.
- Assist all users with core application-related inquiries and concerns.
- Create, execute, and document test plans for all core application enhancements and upgrades.
- Create and execute application roadmaps and conduct or coordinate training on core applications as needed.
- Serve on task teams (e.g., Application Vendor Analysis, Process and Policy Research).
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors as necessary.
- Maintain and enhance skills through formal and informal training opportunities.
- Vacation project sites as needed to ensure successful implementation and user adoption.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Management Information Systems, Business, or related field, or 5-7 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience working with programs such as Procore or InEight is preferred.
- Proven experience with Viewpoint, Procore, B2W, and other company core applications.
- Knowledge of Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) and familiarity with software tools like InEight, Procore, and HCSS.
- Effective teamwork and customer-centered approach.
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Effectiveness in presenting information and responding to questions from various groups.
