The typical base salary range for this position is between $128,636 and $192,954

• Lead and manage multiple projects within a defined program structure
• Ensure delivery of program objectives within scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and interdependencies across projects
• Establish and maintain program plans, governance, and reporting structures
• Translate business strategy into actionable program plans and priorities
• Evaluate program performance against defined business cases and success metrics
• Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
• Facilitate alignment across teams and resolve conflicts effectively
• Communicate program status, risks, and key decisions to senior leadership
• Influence without authority across a matrixed organization
• Establish and track KPIs, metrics, and program performance indicators
• Ensure consistency and rigor in project execution across the program
• Drive accountability for results across teams and stakeholders
• Balance execution priorities with long-term strategic outcomes
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and frameworks
• Drive adoption of best practices in program and project management
• Promote knowledge sharing and organizational learning
• Implement innovative solutions to complex delivery challenges
• Ensure program outcomes deliver measurable business value
• Incorporate customer and stakeholder feedback into planning and execution
• Prioritize initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and strategic fit
• Responsible for delivery of multiple, interconnected projects
• Direct impact on strategic initiatives and business outcomes

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred

Typically 10–15+ years of relevant experience

PMP or equivalent certification preferred

Strong strategic thinking and business acumen

Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs

Advanced stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Experience in risk management, resource planning, and governance

Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving ability

Ability to influence and lead in a matrix environment
