Program Manager

What You’ll Do

• Execute the Salesforce & MarTech Roadmap
• Translate strategic objectives into structured programs, milestones, and delivery plans
• Drive Cross-Enterprise Alignment
• Lead Program Governance & Collaboration
• Manage Platform & Vendor Relationships
• Ensure Operational Excellence
• Support enablement efforts by helping define training, communication, and rollout strategies to drive adoption
• Monitor adoption metrics and continuously optimize based on user feedback

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in program management, technology delivery, business architecture, or technology strategy—preferably within financial services, wealth management, or a regulated environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Experience managing enterprise programs in the Salesforce ecosystem, including cross functional delivery and vendor-led initiatives
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, dependencies, and stakeholders simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management‑skills, including comfort working with senior and executive audiences
• Familiarity with advisor-centric platforms such as CRM, client portals, workflow, compliance, trading, or billing systems
• Experience with collaboration and visualization tools such as Microsoft O365, JIRA, Confluence, Lucid Suite, and Figma
• Proven ability to translate strategy into execution, manage ambiguity, and drive outcomes
• Collaborative, adaptable, detail oriented, and motivated by delivering scalable, high-impact solutions
