Program Manager
What You’ll Do
- Execute the Salesforce & MarTech Roadmap
- Translate strategic objectives into structured programs, milestones, and delivery plans
- Drive Cross-Enterprise Alignment

- Manage Platform & Vendor Relationships

What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in program management, technology delivery, business architecture, or technology strategy—preferably within financial services, wealth management, or a regulated environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience managing enterprise programs in the Salesforce ecosystem, including cross functional delivery and vendor-led initiatives
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, dependencies, and stakeholders simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management‑skills, including comfort working with senior and executive audiences
- Familiarity with advisor‑centric platforms such as CRM, client portals, workflow, compliance, trading, or billing systems
- Experience with collaboration and visualization tools such as Microsoft O365, JIRA, Confluence, Lucid Suite, and Figma
- Proven ability to translate strategy into execution, manage ambiguity, and drive outcomes
- Collaborative, adaptable, detail oriented, and motivated by delivering scalable, high‑impact solutions
