Program Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Program Manager to lead project management initiatives within US Operations. This role will oversee multiple projects, ensuring they align with business goals and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and requirements
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and company policies
• Communicate project status updates to stakeholders, including executive leadership
• Facilitate regular meetings and workshops to keep the project on track

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a corporate environment
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira)
• Understanding of data analytics and reporting tools
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards relevant to project management
