Program Manager

About the role

The Program Manager provides comprehensive program management oversight for all contractor and subcontractor personnel supporting the task order for US Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM); Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Center; Engineering and Systems Integration (ESI) Directorate.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and review project feasibility studies, determine costs, and ensure conformance to work standards.
• Interpret policies, purposes, and goals of the organization for subordinates.
• Manage logistics support analysis for military systems.
• Manage systems safety studies.
• Independently manage all contract activities, ensuring performance aligns with the Performance Work Statement and applicable regulations (FAR Parts 7.5 & 37.1).
• Conduct high-level program planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and lifecycle costing; conduct manpower assessments; and provide regular status briefings to PM PNT management (weekly high-level, quarterly in-depth).
• Ensure the manning and training of the contract staff is adequate for meeting the deliverables.
• Handle all administrative functions and liaise with the government for establishing priorities and training in new technologies as needed.
• Provide high-level program management, budgeting, scheduling, trade-off analysis, and lifecycle costing; and conduct manpower assessments and risk management, as required.
• Provide weekly high-level status briefings and quarterly in-depth status briefings to PM PNT management.
• Manage and coordinate planning and implementation of all contract/program activities; interface with Government personnel; formulate and review project feasibility studies; determine costs; ensure compliance with work standards; interpret policies, purposes, and goals of the organization for contractor and subcontractor personnel; and utilize company resources to achieve program objectives.

Requirements

• Required Bachelor's Degree with 12 years of experience.
• PMP Certification or DAWIA PM III Certification
• Twelve (12) years of progressive experience in design and development, five (5) years of management and supervision of substantive military hardware/software development, and five (5) years of systems analysis.
• E5 and up, A minimum of ten years of DoD-related program management with U.S. military and/or other Government agencies
• TS/SCI Clearance

Qualifications

• Salary Range: $168,134 - $188, 234
• The above salary range represents a general guideline. Integral considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
• Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and/or discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay.
