About the role
The Program Manager provides comprehensive program management oversight for all contractor and subcontractor personnel supporting the task order for US Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM); Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Center; Engineering and Systems Integration (ESI) Directorate.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and review project feasibility studies, determine costs, and ensure conformance to work standards.
- Interpret policies, purposes, and goals of the organization for subordinates.
- Manage logistics support analysis for military systems.
- Manage systems safety studies.
- Independently manage all contract activities, ensuring performance aligns with the Performance Work Statement and applicable regulations (FAR Parts 7.5 & 37.1).
- Conduct high-level program planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and lifecycle costing; conduct manpower assessments; and provide regular status briefings to PM PNT management (weekly high-level, quarterly in-depth).
- Ensure the manning and training of the contract staff is adequate for meeting the deliverables.
- Handle all administrative functions and liaise with the government for establishing priorities and training in new technologies as needed.
- Provide high-level program management, budgeting, scheduling, trade-off analysis, and lifecycle costing; and conduct manpower assessments and risk management, as required.
- Provide weekly high-level status briefings and quarterly in-depth status briefings to PM PNT management.
- Manage and coordinate planning and implementation of all contract/program activities; interface with Government personnel; formulate and review project feasibility studies; determine costs; ensure compliance with work standards; interpret policies, purposes, and goals of the organization for contractor and subcontractor personnel; and utilize company resources to achieve program objectives.
Requirements
- Required Bachelor's Degree with 12 years of experience.
- PMP Certification or DAWIA PM III Certification
- Twelve (12) years of progressive experience in design and development, five (5) years of management and supervision of substantive military hardware/software development, and five (5) years of systems analysis.
- E5 and up, A minimum of ten years of DoD-related program management with U.S. military and/or other Government agencies
- TS/SCI Clearance

- Salary Range: $168,134 - $188, 234
- The above salary range represents a general guideline. Integral considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
- Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and/or discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay.
