Program Manager
About the role
The Program Manager oversees the Joint Cyber Command and Control (JCC2) contract, ensuring all requirements are met during the Task Order period. They manage and oversee contractor and subcontractor personnel, assist in process improvement, and support continuous improvement sessions.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee contractor and subcontractor personnel performing work under the JCC2 task order.
- Mentor team leads and set quantifiable goals for employees.
- Identify inefficiencies, map current workflows, propose improvements, and monitor process performance.
- Support the Government in facilitating continuous improvement sessions, such as retrospectives, planning events, and daily stand-ups.
- Establish and maintain an effective Quality Control Plan (QCP).
- Prepare and present regular program reviews, performance metrics, and executive-level presentations.
- Anticipate customer needs, propose innovative solutions, and align program outcomes with mission priorities.
- Propose ideas for on-contract growth.
- Serve as the primary client relationship manager within the program office.
- Support capture, proposal, and business development activities related to follow-on and adjacent Client opportunities.
- Handle all administrative functions and liaisons with the government for establishing priorities and training in new technologies as needed.
- Manage the overall contract onsite.
- Ensure the manning and training of the contract staff are adequate for meeting the deliverables.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree in IT-related field with a minimum of 14 years of experience, of which one year must be supervisory. Senior-level experience and proficiency in Information Technology practices. PMP certification. Proficiency in Microsoft Project, and other planning tools. TS/SCI clearance.
