Responsibilities
- Accountable for overall program performance and communicates with stakeholders regarding the technical scope and the overall attributes of the program
- Attends government meetings and manages contract level deliverables/reports
- Oversees performance under the contract (quality, risk, budget, schedule, etc.)
- Initiates and approves recruiting, hiring, personnel actions, subcontracting, and other corporate support activities to meet program requirements
- Complies with program reporting, delivery, and invoicing requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 12+ years of progressive experience managing large, complex federal IT programs, including multi-workstream delivery across engineering, operations, security, and data domains
- Demonstrated experience serving as overall Program Manager on programs with multiple concurrent workstreams and subcontractors
- Prioritized experience managing cost, schedule, scope, and performance
- Prior experience supporting the U.S. Census Bureau or other large statistical or civilian agencies preferred
- Ability to serve as the single accountable point of contact for Government leadership, CORs, COs, and division chiefs
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience
- Located in the Washington DC area and willing to travel to the customer site several days a week as needed
