About the role

Responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of programs within General Atomics and affiliated companies. Ensures alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute program plans aligned with strategic objectives
• Manage project teams and ensure timely delivery of projects
• Oversee compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Monitor progress against milestones and adjust plans as necessary
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to maintain transparency and support decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in program management or similar role
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and teams
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and industry best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace, defense, or related industries preferred
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
