Program Manager

TITLE

About the role

A Program Manager is needed to guide a team of cross-functional experts in delivering customer-focused products and services. The role involves developing and implementing project, pricing, and program strategies to maintain value for the business and its customers.

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan, and direct program schedules and budgets.
• Track relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.
• Provide help, knowledge, and expertise during contract negotiations as required.
• Oversee all interdepartmental activities to ensure adherence to product development timelines, delivery, quality, and business metrics.
• Establish work plans and staffing for each phase of the program and arrange for recruitment or assignment of personnel.
• Manage coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction, controlling for different account complexities.
• Be the primary point of contact for customers and act as an escalation point for customer issues.
• Review customer satisfaction reviews and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain and expand business with customers, monitoring and tracking project and program deliverables.
• Ensure excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers.
• Hold production sites accountable for projects, costs, and other customer-related matters through business and expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in program administration/management, with proven experience in end-to-end program execution and overall program health.
• Advanced operational, technical, and people/process management skills, capable of working cross-functionally and building strong internal and external customer relationships in a customer-facing environment.
• Expert understanding of multiple functional processes and technologies, including their interdependencies across the site(s), and the strategic impact of the function across locations.
• Strong execution and communication skills, ensuring on-time delivery, clear stakeholder communication, and effective use of Microsoft Excel (intermediate level) for reporting and analysis.
• Deep knowledge of Flex operations and business practices, with demonstrated expertise in complex technical or functional areas; prior experience leading or managing small teams.
