Program Manager

What You Will Do

• Serve as the primary program owner for medium to high-complexity programs, portfolios or projects of strategic importance.
• Build and maintain trusted executive-level relationships with client leaders and internal partners.
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients—providing insight, guidance and best-fit solutions to achieve desired business outcomes.
• Champion the voice of the customer, ensuring feedback informs roadmap, delivery and solution decisions.
• Own client business objectives and success metrics.
• Lead development of integrated program plans, including scope, milestones, dependencies, resources and delivery schedules.

What You Will Need To Have

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in program and project management within business environments.
• Proven success delivering large, complex and strategic programs.
• Demonstrated experience with data-driven management, metrics and executive reporting.
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams.

What Would Be Great To Have

• 3+ years of experience in the financial services or payments industry.
• Deep understanding of program/project management lifecycles and delivery governance.
• Broad knowledge of platform-based solutions and enterprise technology environments.

Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $165,600.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
