Program Manager

About the role

The role drives complex technical initiatives end-to-end, aligning cross-functional engineering, product, and data teams to deliver high-impact software systems. You will manage dependencies, mitigate execution risks, and establish scalable program cadences that keep large-scale engineering roadmaps on track.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of complex technical programs, defining milestones, resource allocation, and delivery timelines
• Partner with engineering and product leadership to translate high-level roadmaps into actionable sprint plans using Jira and Confluence
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and remove roadblocks across distributed engineering and data science teams
• Track program health metrics and engineering KPIs, surfacing risks and mitigation strategies to stakeholders
• Establish and continuously improve program management processes, retrospectives, and agile ceremonies
• Manage technical dependencies and integration points across internal microservices and third-party vendor platforms

Requirements

• 4-7 years of technical program or project management experience within a high-growth software or technology environment
• Deep familiarity with agile software development methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure architectures
• Expertise with modern project management tooling including Jira, Confluence, Notion, and advanced spreadsheet modeling
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field
• Bonus: PMP, Scrum Master certification, or experience managing AI/ML model deployment lifecycles
