What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for EMS customer accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships throughout the entire product lifecycle
- Lead programs from New Product Introduction through production ramp and ongoing customer support
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to meet aggressive production schedules while maintaining exceptional quality standards
- Develop and manage detailed build plans and material strategies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Facilitate Customer Focus Team meetings to align resources, resolve challenges, and drive program success
- Monitor and report critical performance metrics including delivery performance, cost management, quality indicators, and customer satisfaction scores
- Optimize inventory management, support demand forecasting, and proactively reduce supply chain risks
- Lead change management processes and ensure seamless cross-functional communication
- Support financial forecasting, backlog analysis, and monitor accounts receivable and tariff implications
- Organize and lead Quarterly Business Reviews with customers to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities
- Identify and develop additional sales opportunities within existing customer accounts
- Partner with sales teams to develop compelling proposals, quotes, and program expansion strategies
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer value and reduce operational costs
What We're Looking For
- Essential Qualifications
- - 1+ years of program management experience in any industry
- - Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- - Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- - Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- - Strategic mindset with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Preferred Qualifications
- - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- - Experience in electronics manufacturing, EMS, or similar technical manufacturing environment
- - Knowledge of PCBA, box build, and electronic product lifecycles
- - Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems
- - Understanding of sales processes, value propositions, and account development strategies
- - Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
- - Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IPC-A-610, AS9100, ITAR, or RoHS
