Major Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of the account plans aligned with overall business objectives.
- Lead a cross function team on execution of the plan both internally and externally with assigned accounts.
- Work collaboratively with all areas of the business to divide and conquer both strategic and tactical actions with assigned accounts.
- Interface with assigned accounts to understand and prioritize requirements, requests, and issues into actionable tasks for the greater cross functional teams.
- Own weekly customer meetings, notes, presentations, and follow up on key programs.
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels to better understand customer needs, business priorities, and share insights.
- Provide guidance on responses, deliverables, and proposals based on strong working relationships with assigned accounts.
- Tracks status to customer deliverables and take ownership of meeting and exceeding expectations.
- Identify potential account specific risks, develop and execute mitigation strategies.
Education And Experience
- Bachelor of Engineering or Business with 5-7 years of relevant work experience, preferably within engineering, sales or project management.
- Expertise managing complex programs in a highly regulated manufacturing environment and global matrix environment ideally at OEM and/or Tier 1.
- Demonstrated large project management experience.
- Able to work effectively across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment.
- Experience successfully managing rigorous customers in our Aero/Defense, Medical, or Semi CapEx end markets.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence customers at multiple levels with a desire and talent to collaborate with diverse and remote teams.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (ITAR).
