Program Manager Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all contractor personnel assigned to Government Programs.
- Oversee and ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all contract deliverables and work products.
- Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding of contractor employees.
- Develop/determine efficiencies to support the Government and their mission.
- Led resource allocation strategies to meet Government objectives efficiently.
- Collaborate with employees and program stakeholders to support program execution and operational success.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, with internal teams, Government leadership, and external partners.
Program Manager Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities Requested
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- 5-10+ years of experience managing federal contracts and contractor teams, and meeting CDRL requirements.
- Demonstrated knowledge of managing contracts with numerous CDRLs and ensuring contractor teams are fully staffed and supported.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365, including SharePoint Online, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with managing multi-million-dollar defense contracts and working knowledge of contract types such as FFP, CPFF, Cost Reimbursement, and T&M.
