Program Manager

Summary

The Program Manager will oversee the comprehensive framework for data quality, remediation, and operational support for a DHS Component. This role involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of data integrity initiatives, including data cleanup, error resolution, and AI validation. The Program Manager will lead a Team, guiding the execution of prioritized data quality projects that support law enforcement actions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while adhering to privacy and security protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Orchestrates all aspects of project management, from initiating and planning to executing and closing data quality projects.
• Manages stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment between operational and technical teams, facilitates root cause analysis of data errors, and implements solutions to remediate identified issues.
• Uses data governance frameworks to guide the Team, monitors project progress using performance metrics, and drives continuous improvement through lessons learned documentation.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, particularly involving data analysis, quality assurance, or law enforcement-related projects.
• Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with organizational standards.
• US citizenship to meet contract requirements. Active Secret clearance is preferred, or ability to obtain a clearance.
• Successfully complete a government issued background investigation.
