Program Manager

About the role

This role serves as the operational backbone for the Cloud Supply Chain leadership organization. The position involves driving the rhythm of business, strategic planning, executive communications, and cross-team execution for senior leaders. The ideal candidate will manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong initiative, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive efficiency into the organization's rhythm of business (ROB).
• Partner with a leadership team to develop a strategic roadmap and track progress against initiatives.
• Manage and support the ROB for leadership teams, including staff meetings and all-hands meetings.
• Drive business planning, including the development, tracking, and management of OKRs and KPIs.
• Own organizational communications, including content generation for newsletters and meetings.
• Manage cross-team projects and ad hoc business initiatives to meet changing business needs.
• Support recognition and awards programs, including stakeholder coordination and project management.
• Provide operational support to multiple leadership team members as business needs evolve.

Requirements

• Education: A bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience: Experience supporting leadership or executive offices is necessary. Candidates must have experience working across multiple stakeholders and teams. Candidates with less than 12 months tenure in previous roles will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

• A master's degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Experience with ownership of ROB cadences, planning processes, and organizational operations.
• Strong project and program management skills.
• Executive-level communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, prioritization, and time management skills, with the ability to manage sensitive information responsibly.
