Role Overview
We are seeking a Program Manager to focus on program financials and support technology leadership in program-wide activities. This role involves coordinating routines to consolidate program updates across multiple projects and workstreams, engaging with CFO Change and the ePMO, and ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives. The position requires managing complex projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate routines to support technology delivery, including kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates.
- Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.
- Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for defined deliverables.
- Promote and facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion.
- Gather and present status updates on delivery, risks, issues, and schedule to stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with sponsors and stakeholders.
- Track success metrics and review performance with stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.
- Support resource planning and forecasting for delivery and execution.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in project management, change management, PMO, or a similar role. Ability to manage complex projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills. Excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation abilities. Self-motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Oracle and Oracle Financials is required. Experience with Change Management principles is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with large-scale ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems is a plus.
