Program Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

• Possess the capability to lead project development from inception to deployment completion
• Promote proven expertise in the management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms
• Manage multi-task contracts and/or subcontracts of various types and complexity
• Collaborate with leadership to define long-term strategy, drive process improvements, and ensure programs align with business objectives
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and proactively remove roadblocks to keep the program on track
• Provide contractual direction, ensure customer satisfaction while following all corporate policies
• Effectively communicate program status, financial details, and requirements to a wide range of audiences from government customers to Sr. corporate leadership

Minimum Requirements

• B.S Degree + 12 years of experience as a DoW Program Manager/Senior Manager or: Masters Degree + 9 years of experience as a DoW Program Manager/Senior Manager
• PMP or related certification
• Ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex contractual and organizational challenges
• Superior ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment
• Management of personnel resources to motivate, develop and direct people as they work
• Must have an active Secret clearance at time of application and the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.
