Program Manager

Position Overview

Shields Point, LLC a subsidiary of Alutiiq, LLC has a potential opportunity for an (CONUS) Corporate Program Manager.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Cooking the administration of the contracts’ implementation and operations.
• Oversight over all operations and coordination with the In-Country Program Manager to ensure professional implementation and operation of the Program Management Office (PMO).
• Coordination and monitoring of scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of the contract.
• Cooking with the COR in preparing any modifications of the contract during the periods of performance.
• Leading in all onboarding of staff members in coordination with the In-Country PM and the COR.
• Able to respond to issues in a timely manner and communicate proactively with INL/PAP staff, and the COR.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with all contract requirements, working in close coordination with INL and Embassy Port-au-Prince, especially in interactions involving planning and other managerial issues.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant management discipline with over ten years of experience in commonly used project management concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Pursuant to the Government Contract, you must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Extensive project experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Past performance documentation required.
• Mandatory PMP Certification.
• Speaks, reads, and writes in fluent English.

Pay

$150,000 to $160,000 Annually
