Job Summary

Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including Engineering, Research & Development, and Project Management, to align program roadmaps and ensure on-time delivery. You’ll also lead program reviews, manage risks, and implement improvement plans to enhance efficiency and competitiveness, and much more."
Responsibilities
Leading the program development activities and delivering the program's baselines according to the Engineering Management Plan and the Quality Cost Delivery (QCD) commitments.
Proposing and maintaining the development detailed roadmap implementation aligned with solutions needs and requirements, in coordination with other Program Managers as needed, ensuring safety and quality, application competitiveness, customer orientation, and innovation.
Managing, controlling, and executing timely all developments related to the program (performances, planning/delivery, cost, risks, savings) and ensuring compliance with the approved QCD commitments.
Managing Delivery On-Time (IOT/DOT - IOT-i/DOT-i) commitment and change.
Coinciding all program Work Packages, capacity/resource analysis/risks, and mitigation plans with the unit/team according to the Program Development Organization (PDO).
Ensuring that Gate/Design/Peer Review decisions are implemented.
Requirements
Degree in engineering or other related technical discipline.
Experience or understanding of complex systems, program, or project management.
Knowledge of Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) management.
Familiarity with engineering product development lifecycle.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Risk assessment and mitigation planning.
Analytical and critical thinking abilities.
Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Background in hardware, software, or IT technology.
Ability to manage and coordinate cross-functional teams.
