About the role

Responsible for leading agile development projects, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality software solutions. Requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead agile development projects from conception to deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain software solutions that meet project requirements and user needs
• Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Ensure adherence to agile methodologies and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in software development
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Git)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and version control systems

Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
• Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB)
• Understanding of software testing principles and techniques
• Experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
