Responsibilities
- Translate strategic AI enablement priorities and leadership direction into practical workstreams, implementation plans, milestones, deliverables, and progress tracking.
- Develop and maintain integrated roadmaps connecting strategic objectives with sequencing, dependencies, decision points, stakeholder commitments, and capacity.
- Manage assigned workstreams with detailed plans, action/decision logs, risk/issue tracking, dependency management, and consistent follow-through.
- Facilitate planning sessions, workstream meetings, dependency reviews, and leadership checkpoints to drive decisions, accountability, and progress.
- Coordinate across business, technology, data, risk, compliance, legal, governance, and external partners to clarify ownership and collaboration.
- Identify critical-path items, resource constraints, competing priorities, and unresolved decisions; develop options, recommendations, and escalation paths.
- Prepare executive-ready roadmap views, status updates, briefing materials, and decision documents for leadership.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in strategy implementation, program/project management, technology delivery, transformation, consulting, or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience building roadmaps and converting broad objectives into actionable, sequenced plans.
- Proven experience managing interdependent workstreams and coordinating across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong structured problem-solving, facilitation, written communication, and executive-presentation skills.
- Ability to operate in ambiguous environments, establish structure, and drive work forward without formal authority.
- Proficiency with presentation software, spreadsheets, project-planning tools, and collaboration platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting AI, data, digital, platform, technology-governance, or emerging-technology initiatives.
- Experience with project tracking and collaboration software, particularly in financial services or regulated industries.
