Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead and manage complex air-to-air refueling programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in program management, deep knowledge of air-to-air refueling systems, and experience supporting OCONUS operations. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams to deliver on-time and within budget.
What You’ll Do
- Lead program planning, execution, and delivery for air-to-air refueling projects.
- Develop and maintain integrated master schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
- Cook with maintenance, operations, and logistics teams to ensure program objectives are met.
- Manage customer relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for program status and deliverables.
- Oversee compliance with contractual, regulatory, and quality requirements.
- Support OCONUS deployments and operations (Program is OCONUS).
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 10 years of program management experience in aerospace or defense programs.
- Direct experience with air-to-air refueling systems and associated technologies.
- Proven ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Experience supporting OCONUS operations and understanding of international logistics and compliance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- PMP or equivalent certification highly desirable.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
- This is a full-time exempt position with typical working hours supporting the Department of War Operations Center.
- Hours and work shifts may change in accordance with department and business needs.
- Exempt Employees must have the ability to be on-call and available, as business needs require.
