Responsibilities
- Project Execution - Manage technology projects and/or programs across one or multiple Lines of Business.
- Ensure projects are completed according to risk, architecture, and other relevant OhioHealth IS PMO guidelines.
- Coordinate resources across one or more projects, manage budgets, and adjust resources and priorities.
- Develop plans and manage interdependencies between development teams and business units.
- Publish project status and executive reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- Field of Study: Business Administration, Computer/Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, HealthCare, Nursing or Related Field
- 5+ years demonstrated, progressive leadership and/or IT experience
- Experience managing multiple medium to large scale IT projects simultaneously
- Strong background in executing delivery across multiple methodologies
- Understanding of software development, testing, deployment, and integrations
- 3+ years in Agile software development environments
- Agile/Scrum certification(s)
- 8+ years of program or portfolio-level delivery experience, preferably within healthcare IT or similarly complex environments
- 8+ years of IT project/program management experience in a healthcare setting
