About the position
As an Architectural and Engineering (A&E) Program Manger you will manage the coordination and accomplishment of the planning, scope, development, and direction of major contract acquisition projects within the Kansas City District as part of a multidisciplinary team consisting engineers, registered professionals, scientists, and project managers.
Responsibilities
- Manage the planning, scope, development, and direction of major contract acquisition projects
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, registered professionals, scientists, and project managers
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and agency policies
- Oversee project timelines and budgets
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project success
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in A&E management
- Experience managing large-scale projects
- Knowledge of federal contracting processes and regulations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Qualifications
- Professional registration in engineering or architecture preferred
- Experience with project management tools and software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
