Position Description

This role Provides operational leadership for the Pediatric Hospitalist and PICU teams through an indirect reporting relationship with the Director of Operations, overseeing daily physician practice operations including staffing, scheduling, recruitment, HR support, budget performance, patient experience, and physician/APP compensation.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (MSN preferred)
• PICU experience (mandatory). Other pediatric experience is preferred.
• Experience (preferred) in leading quality improvement initiatives and applying performance improvement methodology (PDSA, LSSGB, etc)
• Experience in abstracting data and interpreting results.
• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN License from State of Practice
• 5 years of experience in specialty area
