About the role
Supervises the day to day activities, and ensures all individuals receiving services are properly managed and cared for, including implementing programs and services for those individuals. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and coordinates activities and appointments of individuals served and maintains records.
Essential Job Functions
- Completes purchasing of program supplies and submits billing compliance documentation.
- Maintains census and maximizes utilization and occupancy percentages within programs.
- Maintains and fosters relations with case managers and referral agents and lobbies on behalf of individuals supported and Network as appropriate.
- Maintains and fosters relations with individuals receiving services, families and guardians and implements individual satisfaction enhancement plans as appropriate.
- Supervises individual’s receiving services program plans and submits incident reports as appropriate.
- Ensures timely incident reporting and implements individual corrective action.
- Implements individuals supported safety plans and coordinates scheduling.
- Ensures individuals are receiving appropriate health and medication management.
- Affords assistance to clients.
- Assists in the management of client funds.
- Ensures homes are clean, neat, and safe; and works with and/or contacts maintenance as appropriate.
- Provides leadership including direct supervision of staff; implements Network employee practices; ensures safety and workers’ compensation initiatives are followed; and ensures employees receive appropriate orientation and training.
- Ensures compliance with all regulatory and company requirements.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Directs and supervises assigned staff, including performance evaluations, scheduling, orientation, and training.
- Makes decisions on employee hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, discipline, terminations, and similar actions.
- Solves employee problems within position responsibilities.
Minimum Knowledge And Skills Required By The Job
- Education And Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Services; one to two years’ experience preferred.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed above may be substituted for the above education and experience requirements.
- Other education and experience as required by state.
- Certificates, Licenses, And Registrations: CPR and First Aid; current driver's license, car registration and auto insurance if providing transportation to individuals receiving services; licensure as required by state.

Physical Requirements
Medium Work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
