Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk logs.
• Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and drive accountability across teams.
• Monitor project health and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
• Partner with business, operations, finance, product, and engineering teams to align priorities.
• Manage project intake and support prioritization of new requests.
• Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and communicate project updates, risks, and mitigation strategies to leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years of program or project management experience.
• Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives, experience with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with project management and productivity tools. Experience developing project plans, managing timelines, and tracking deliverables. Proficiency in Word is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting strategic business initiatives or enterprise programs.
• Experience with process improvement and operational planning.
• Ability to quickly learn new business processes and tools.
• Experience working with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
