We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications), Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, no invented details. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Relocation assistance may be available", "CLEARANCE REQUIRED FOR START: Yes", "CLEARANCE TYPE: Secret", "TRAVEL: Yes, 25% of the Time". Those are metadata; we can fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include a short paragraph with relocation assistance, clearance, travel maybe. But we need to preserve all substantive information. So we should include those details somewhere, maybe in a

under About the role or a separate meta paragraph. We need sections: About the role (description), Responsibilities (list), Requirements (maybe Basic Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications combined?), Skills (maybe from qualifications?), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. The posting includes salary range and benefits description. It does not explicitly mention schedule (like work hours) besides travel 25% of time. That could be schedule? Not exactly. There's no explicit schedule like full-time, etc. So we should not create Schedule section unless posting actually states them. It does not state schedule like "Full-time" etc. So we omit Schedule. Benefits: posting mentions health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, company paid holidays, paid time off (PTO). Also mentions overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonus, annual bonuses, long term incentives for VP/Director. So we can include Benefits section. Pay: salary range given. So include Pay section. Now we need to decide headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Pay. Possibly also Qualifications but we can combine Requirements and Skills? The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use Requirements for basic qualifications, Skills for preferred qualifications or skills. But we need to avoid thin sections. Let's see content: Basic Qualifications list is substantial. Preferred Qualifications also substantial. Could split: Requirements = Basic Qualifications, Skills = Preferred Qualifications (or skills). That seems reasonable. Now we need to preserve all substantive info: description paragraph about Northrop Grumman, mission systems, location Elkridge, MD, position responsibilities (list). Also mention relocation assistance, clearance, travel. We'll include those in a short paragraph maybe under About the role after description. We must not include EEO boilerplate, application period, etc. Also remove "The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days..." etc. Also remove "Northrop Grumman is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." etc. Also remove "U.S. Citizenship is required for all positions with a government clearance..." maybe that's substantive? It's about citizenship requirement; but it's also part of EEO/legal. Might be considered boilerplate but it's a requirement. However the instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. The citizenship requirement is tied to clearance; but it's also a requirement. Might be considered part of clearance requirement. Since we already have clearance info, we could keep that as part of metadata. But to be safe, we could drop it as it's more legal. However we need to preserve ALL substantive information. The citizenship requirement is substantive for eligibility. But it's also a legal requirement. The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Citizenship requirement is not exactly EEO but it's a restriction. Might be considered part of clearance. I'd keep it as a short note: "U.S. citizenship required for Secret clearance." But we already have clearance type Secret. Could mention that. Let's extract substantive paragraphs: Description: "At Northrop Grumman, our employees have incredible opportunities to work on revolutionary systems that impact people's lives around the world today, and for generations to come. Our pioneering and inventive spirit has enabled us to be at the forefront of many technological advancements in our nation's history - from the first flight across the Atlantic Ocean, to stealth bombers, to landing on the moon. Our culture thrives on intellectual curiosity, cognitive diversity and bringing your whole self to work — and we have an insatiable drive to do what others think is impossible. Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history." Then: "Northrop Grumman Mission Systems Long Range Air Defense & Domestic Systems (LRAD & DS) Operating Unit specializes in the development, manufacture, assembly, testing, and sustainment of international Air Surveillance Sensors and Systems, Bio-detection systems, and Air Traffic Control capabilities. We are seeking a Program Management Director to join our team of qualified and diverse individuals. This position will be located in Elkridge, MD. The Program Management Director is responsible for the North Africa Programs which includes the delivery and sustainment of numerous long-range sensors, including the TPS-78 ADCAP and TPS-703 Maritime surveillance radars, and the air surveillance command & control capability. The position has P&L responsibility for management, strategy, and execution including establishing a strong trajectory for growing the business and a solid focus on program performance. This position reports to the LRAD&DS OU Senior Director. In addition, this position has significant senior leadership contact and will require a candidate with strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to perform in an environment of ambiguity and continuous change. The position must role model Northrop leadership behaviors. The incumbent must have strong communication, executive presence, and cross-cultural skills to be able to effectively interact with a geographically disbursed senior leadership team." Then responsibilities list (bulleted). We'll convert to

  • . Then Basic Qualifications list (bulleted). Then Preferred Qualifications list (bulleted). Then Pay: salary range. Then Benefits: description. We also have relocation assistance, clearance, travel. We'll include a short paragraph after the description maybe: "Relocation assistance may be available. A Secret clearance is required for start. Travel is expected 25% of the time." Could also mention US citizenship required. Now we need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:

We omitted mention of "The position reports to the LRAD&DS OU Senior Director." That's in description; we included that sentence in description paragraph? We included "This position reports to the LRAD&DS OU Senior Director." in the description paragraph? Actually
