Program Lead, AV Remote Assistance Operations Enablement

For our client, a leader in the Consumer Technology space, we are seeking a Program Lead to join their team and drive operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes.

About the role

You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of operational standards and implementation plans
• Create readiness checklists, launch trackers, and stabilization plans
• Establish cross-functional meeting cadences and business reviews
• Use operational data to make recommendations for stakeholders
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure readiness for product and process changes

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations, program management, product operations, consulting, strategy or analytics
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with remote assistance or technical support
• Experience managing complex operational programs across teams and vendors

Skills

• Strong analytical skills for defining metrics and interpreting data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment without direct authority

Pay

$162,000 – $180,000 annually
