Schedule: Training services will be provided according to Government-approved schedules and task orders. Work hours may vary depending on training activities, including classroom instruction, practical exercises, and field training. Summary: Ladgov Corporation is seeking a qualified Program Lead to manage and oversee specialized military medical training services for Marine Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC). The position is responsible for program coordination, instructor supervision, training schedules, quality control, and successful execution of all assigned training requirements. Requirements: Demonstrated experience managing medical training programs or military training operationsStrong knowledge of tactical medicine, emergency medical training, or special operations medical trainingExperience supervising instructors, coordinating training resources, and managing program deliverablesExcellent leadership, communication, organizational, and program management skills Duties: Manage daily operations and execution of assigned medical training programsCoordinate instructor assignments, training schedules, facilities, and resourcesMonitor training performance and ensure compliance with Government requirementsMaintain training records, reports, and required program documentationServe as the primary coordination point for training execution and operational issues Powered by JazzHR yQ37Us5Lo6
