Program Lead

About the role

As a Program Lead Engineer, you will manage and direct the control and oversight of various aspects of a project, such as planning, scheduling, cost management, risk control & assessment, monitoring sub-vendor of static and rotating equipment including modular equipment fabrication and reporting to corresponding stakeholders. You will report directly to our Manager of Projects in the Hydrogen Plants Division and work out of our Rosemont, Houston, or Tulsa location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution for projects
• Develop and implement project planning and scheduling strategies
• Monitor and control project costs and budgets
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Analyze project performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal and external teams to ensure project success
• Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices
• Travel up to 20% of the time

Qualifications

You must have strong leadership and team management skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. Experience in Modular fabrication and design of process equipment is also required.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management
• Experience working in virtual environment
• Experience executing projects in the order of $5M to $20M value
• Knowledge of ERP software like SAP
• Experience in a global organization
• Experience in managing projects in a matrix organization
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills

Pay

The annual base salary range for this position is $136K - $170K. This position is also incentive plan eligible.
