Pilot Company is seeking a Revenue Growth Management Intern to join our team in Knoxville, Tennessee, for the summer of 2027. This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in revenue growth management and advanced analytics, making a significant impact through data-driven insights while being mentored by our experienced Data & AI professionals.

In this role, you will be an integral part of our Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team. Your key responsibility will be to support strategic analysis of marketing and promotional performance, helping the business understand how different marketing investments influence guest behavior and promotional success. This internship is not only an opportunity to learn the practical application of analytics and business strategy, but also a chance to grow within a collaborative team dedicated to developing its people.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with marketing and retail analytics: You'll analyze promotional and guest behavior data to help evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and in-store promotions.
  • Support data analysis and insights generation: You'll work with large datasets using Excel and SQL, drawing meaningful conclusions and identifying trends that influence business performance.
  • Investigate marketing impact: You'll assess the impact of various marketing packages and promotions, helping the team understand what drives successful customer engagement and revenue growth.
  • Recommend business solutions: You'll use data-driven findings to develop recommendations that support strategic decision-making and improve promotional performance.

Qualifications

  • Education: Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. Coursework in SQL, analytics, or data management is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and SQL is essential. Experience working with large datasets, reporting tools, or analytical platforms is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong collaboration and problem-solving abilities. We're looking for someone who can work effectively across teams, navigate ambiguity, and develop creative solutions when data challenges arise.

Schedule

This is a full-time, in-person internship running from June 7 – August 13, 2027. You’ll be working alongside our team in our Knoxville headquarters, where you’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and experience the full scope of life at Pilot Company.
