Program Integrator Senior Level
About the role
The Program Integrator/Scheduler will assist individual program managers, initiative leads, and PEO leadership with monitoring and reporting on the overall health of programs, initiatives, and/or a portfolio. They will perform holistic analysis across multiple contracts and government activities to identify cost, schedule, and performance concerns for a program or initiative. They will also perform cross-program analysis to assist in responding to Investment Portfolio (JP) actions and produce execution reports. The role involves drafting acquisition and program documents such as TTOs, SOWs, PMPs, Risk Management Plans, program schedules, Technical CICA memorandums, and Acquisition Strategies. They will prepare presentations to report analysis findings as well as program/portfolio status.
Responsibilities
- Assist individual program managers, initiative leads, and PEO leadership with monitoring and reporting on the overall health of programs, initiatives, and/or a portfolio.
- Perform holistic analysis across multiple contracts and government activities to identify cost, schedule and performance concerns for a program or initiative.
- Perform cross-program analysis to assist in responding to Investment Portfolio (JP) actions and produce execution reports.
- Draft acquisition and program documents such as TTOs, Statements of Work (SOWs), Program Management Plans (PMPs), Risk Management Plans, program schedules, Technical CICA memorandums, and Acquisition Strategies.
- Prepare presentations to report analysis findings as well as program/ portfolio status.
Requirements
- TS/SCI with Poly required. (FS desired).
- Bachelor’s Degree with a business focus or technical focus is required. In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Contract Manager CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level III in any focus area, and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of fifteen (15) years may be substituted.
- Familiarity with Plan-It is preferred. In lieu of certification, an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of eighteen (18) years may be substituted.
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel is required to include demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.
- Expertise in developing an IMS
- Proficient in Microsoft Project
- Experience in providing programmatic support to the customer
- Experience using customer programmatic support tools and processes (i.e. FACTS, CMIS, JIRA, ARBs)
Qualifications
- Technical background preferred
- Knowledge of AI a plus
- Strong communication skills

Pay
The salary Range for this position is: $160,000-200,000
