Program Integrator (IFMC)

About the Role

This position supports the Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Project Office, Air and Missile Defense Mission Command Product Office (AMD MC PdO) to assist and coordinate Army Air and Missile Defense Command and Control System software product requirements. The role focuses on the Army Integrated Air Missile Defense (AIAMD) system portfolio, including the Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS), Patriot, and integration of Sensor and Weapon Platforms such as Sentinel, Lower Tier Air and Missile Defense Sensor (LTAMDS), and Indirect Fire Protection Capability (IFPC). The position is located at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama.

Responsibilities

• Support AMD MC PdO leadership on business, financial, contract, and program management activities associated with software capability, including coordination with PMO contracts, budget, acquisition, and engineering teams for development of independent cost estimates, acquisition strategies, and technical solutions.
• Coordinate with industry OEM counterparts' contracts, program management, and engineering teams to track and manage overall delivery of software capability.
• Assist with planning and execution of current and future year budgets, manage and update the Comprehensive Cost and Requirement (CCaR) in Project Management Resource Tools (PMRT), update spend plans, and manage associated contract actions.
• Support development of written and verbal products (e.g., weekly Situation Reports, Command and Staff charts, responses to taskers, updates to the Integrated Master Schedule) to articulate ongoing activities to internal/external organizations.
• Codify user requirements and capability needs.
• Provide periodic reviews with appropriate representatives to determine project status, ensure coordination of cost, schedule, and performance risk, identify risk mitigation approaches, and maintain or improve project schedules.
• Coordinate Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), meetings, and working groups; develop briefings, agendas, minutes, and action items.
• Represent AMD MC PdO leadership in their absence.
• Coordinate domestic and foreign disclosure staffing requests for IFMC Mission Command Product Office products planned for delivery or presentation to leadership and customers, ensuring proper marking according to PMO information security standards.
• Develop and maintain historical archives to preserve activities, briefings, and decisions for reference and institutional knowledge.

Requirements

• Active SECRET security clearance and the ability to maintain it.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or significant applicable experience.
• 10+ years of experience in business, financial, contract, and software management activities.
• Strong understanding of and experience with AIAMD systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel when required.

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Previous Army acquisition product and/or program management experience.
• Experience with Army Air and Missile Defense Command and Control systems such as IBCS, Patriot, FAAD C2, Sentinel, LTAMDS, and Indirect Fire Protection Capability.
• Experience managing contractual deliverables.
• Experience with Atlassian software management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
