PROGRAM INTEGRATOR AND SECURITY PROFESSIONAL

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Integrator & Security Professional to support the Aviation & Missile Center (AvMC), providing dual-hatted support to the G-2 Security team as the primary focus area, while also supporting the G-6 Business and Digital Transformation initiative where enterprise integration is essential. This matrixed role requires a professional capable of integrating enterprise-level processes with security policy analysis and cross-directorate coordination. You will serve as a central integrator for G-2, driving alignment and operational effectiveness across multiple functional areas.

Responsibilities

• Integrate enterprise-level processes with security policy analysis and cross-directorate coordination.
• Drive alignment and operational effectiveness across multiple functional areas within G-2.
• Align security workflows that support cross-functional teams, including coordination of clearance and visit processes, industrial security needs, and cybersecurity-related alignment.
• Identify security risks across functions and develop clear security training, SOPs, and program documentation.
• Map clearance processing, visitor access, credentialing, and physical security workflows.
• Apply expertise in process mapping, VSM, BPR, and dependency mapping.
• Develop SOPs and facilitate stakeholder engagement across security, IT, HR, Facilities, and other teams.

Requirements

• Must be able to attain a DoD Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable DoD and Army security and operations policies and regulations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to work independently while managing multiple competing priorities.

Skills

• Required:
  • Expertise in process mapping, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Business Process Reengineering (BPR), and dependency mapping.
  • Strong facilitation skills.
  • Experience developing SOPs.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement across multiple teams (e.g., security, IT, HR, Facilities).
  • Working knowledge of DoD security program elements.
  • Familiarity with DoD security policies such as DoDM and AR 380-5.
• Preferred:
  • Experience in a government security or intelligence environment.
  • Policy and regulation review experience.
  • Lean Six Sigma experience.
  • Enterprise workflow creation.
  • Familiarity with MBSE tools (e.g., Cameo).
