Requirements

Position Overview
The Program Instructor provides engaging, supportive, and structured activities for adults with developmental disabilities. This role plays a vital part in helping individuals develop skills that promote independence, confidence, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Adult Day Program activities, including:
- Vocational training
- Independent living skills
- Cognitive and social development
- Leisure and recreational activities
- Mobility, sensory, and perceptual motor skills
- Support individuals in developing computer and basic technology skills
- Encourage participation while adapting activities to meet individual needs
- Maintain a positive, flexible, and person-centered approach
- Collaborate with team members to support individualized goals
