Program Director – Youth & Family Engagement

Role: Director of Out of School Time and Family Engagement Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of high-quality afterschool, camp, and family programs that promote youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.Oversee program design, ensure compliance, manage budgets, and evaluate program effectiveness.Recruit, train, and supervise staff to deliver engaging and safe experiences.Build and maintain strong partnerships with schools, families, and community organizations to support program goals.Ensure programs are inclusive, mission-driven, and foster youth achievement and well-being. Qualifications & Skills Strong leadership and organizational skills.Experience in program management, staff supervision, and community engagement.Ability to develop collaborative partnerships and foster inclusive environments.Knowledge of youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility principles.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
