Responsibilities
- Create and lead classes based on the proven curriculum and teaching method
- Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience
- Maintain the high standards of The Little Gym International
- Train and evaluate fellow team members
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the gym
Requirements
- Totally open to being a goofball and love giving high 5’s
- Liked helping others be their best
- Kids really like you, but their parents really like you too
- Most likely to be in a good mood by high school classmates
- Loves to have fun but knows when to buckle down and do work
Qualifications
- A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is helpful
Skills
- Enthusiasm for working with children
- Ability to maintain a positive and energetic environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
