About the role
The Program Director of Respiratory Therapy oversees all aspects of the respiratory therapy program, including curriculum development, faculty supervision, student recruitment, and accreditation compliance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement respiratory therapy curricula that meet accreditation standards.
- Supervise and mentor respiratory therapy faculty members.
- Recruit and interview prospective students for the respiratory therapy program.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care outcomes.
Requirements
- M.S. in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
- At least 5 years of clinical experience in respiratory therapy.
- Experience with program accreditation processes.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Strong commitment to advancing respiratory therapy education.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
